He formed the company with two of his investing partners that are both locally in Houston, Texas. They voted him to serve as CEO in 2017 and since then his guidance has helped shape the company and bring it to the center of the news as one of the top modernized single-family residential home builders within the inner loop of Houston. From the start, Justin has been taking charge of directing the company through key partners and decisions to expand directives into serval key sectors including, but not limited to, high-quality energy efficient homes and plan design that has impressed buyers from the start. His leadership has been crucial to the continued growth and development of Aurora Custom Homes TX, LLC.
Justin started in leadership in early 2005 as a new home sales consultant for a privately owned homebuilder in Houston, Texas. He learned how to manage sales, construction, and financing in a timely manner even when faced with many variables he was tasked with. As a new home sales consultant, he learned to take inventory of homes under construction and managed the clients by building their dream homes to the buyer’s satisfaction. He did this job for 18 years with several private and publicly traded Houston-based homebuilders before he decided to open his own company in 2017, Aurora Custom Homes TX, LLC.
Justin has worked as the CEO of Aurora Custom Homes TX, LLC where his excellent organization and communication have enabled him to directly impact his team to complete several multimillion-dollar homes in Houston and surrounding areas well ahead of schedule and accelerate deliverable dates to meet the buyers' needs. As an executive, Justin is well known for his insistence on understanding every part of what his company produces and makes, made possible by his personal drive to learn and his ability to quickly integrate new ideas and concepts for the company. He often seeks feedback from his team to have a superior work environment, which has increased employee satisfaction and talent acquisition. Justin continues to oversee all operations across all of Aurora Custom Homes TX, LLC divisions and continues to find better ways of strengthening the company’s reputation and foothold in the marketplace.
